Kid's Craft Class-Fall 2009 - Week 8

These are the projects for this week's Kid's Class.
A Puzzle, Box, & Reindeer Card.

After stamping and coloring the chipboard, the kids will be able to use my Cuttlebug & Puzzle Die to cut out the puzzle pieces.  I found the white boxes at Dollar Tree (we'll use the box to hold the puzzle pieces).


Rudolph & friends were made with a little ink & a thumbprint.

Kid's Craft Class-Fall 2009 - Week 6


These are the projects for the kids class this week.  They will use the paper piecing technique to create the Snowman Card.  Template found at My Scrap Chick.  A Holiday Gum Holder.  And a paper Mug Pocket Card to hold a packet of hot cocoa mix.

Kid's Craft Class - Fall 2009 - Week 3 -China, Part 1


These are the 3 projects we'll make this week.  The theme for the next 2 weeks is China.
Project 1 is a box to hold Tangram pieces.  Look HERE for a cool tangram website. 
Project 2 is a Chinese paper lantern, stamped with Asian images. 
And the third project is an Asian flower card made with rice paper.

These are the projects for this weeks Kid's Class.  The mummy is a decorated Hershey's bar.  Frankenstein is a box with treats inside.  The bat and pumpkin cards are made using the Hello Kitty Greetings cartridge.

Super Eazy Birthday Notes 3X3

These 3X3 birthday notes were super easy to create! I had them done in a few minutes.They all have part of the image cut out and attached with a foam dimensional. The birthday sentiment is also attached with foam dimensionals.I used Doily from the WC cartridge cut at 3". A perfect size for the Stampin' Up Mini Square Envelopes!Recipe:

4-Layered Camellias

I cut these with Cricut & SCAL. For each flower, I cut four 9-petal flowers @ 2", 1.75", 1.5" & 1.25". Flower file HERE.
Card is Doily from the Wild Card cartridge.

Larger card was cut at 5.25" and smaller card was cut at 4.25".







Each layer is attached with a foam dimensional.



I used this VIDEO to get my flowers to curl. She uses the Stampin' Up scallop punch to make her flowers.

Get Well Daisies

I love making layered flowers. I cut the flowers with SCAL, the file is from SVG Cuts.
Wording is LD Adornment from Lettering Delights.I placed a large glue dot in the center and sprinkled flocking powder on top.

It looks so cool in person and feels so velvety!

I tried to capture the velvet flocking in the photo, oh well...I tried.
