Cut CS in half- 11x 4-1/4
Score CS at 10", 8-1/4", 7-1/4", & 5-1/2"
Turn around and score the other side with the same measurements.
On the center (5-1/2" line) cut a 3" slit on the center fold.

CS 2-3/4" X 5-1/2"
CS 2-1/2" X 5-1/4" (stamp on this one)
14" ribbon
